Default Strange occurrence last night...
At about 2:30 AM EST, the CAL was bombarded with guests:





49 guests online? Wonder where they all came from. xD

I thought this was epic enough to be in here.

I am also curious...

Perhaps we'll see a repeat performance?

It's likely they were either spam or data-collection bots. Or part of a weird server-attack that didn't work.

A similar thing happened on another forum I used to be active on. They were most likely bots- we could tell because all of the guests were viewing topics in the forum closest to the top of the site.

a similar thing happened 2 months ago on SOS. we had 214 users online. we average around 10 at the most...
