Default The Challenge has expanded: 10 Gyms!
The CAL is upsizing--we're pleased to announce our return to the 10 Gym format! Challengers will still be required to obtain 8 badges, but the addition of two more leaders allows them more flexibility when moving through the league. Our two new leaders are The Horse (Flying) and Buzz (Grass). Go out there and give 'em a challenge!

Our Psychic Leader up until now, UltimaLink007, has also resigned from his position in the League Challenge and is being replaced by newcomer Justinawe. Ultima will retain his Sub-Challenge positions, however, and will assuredly remain an active and welcome presence here at CAL. I'm sure Justinawe will rise to the occasion as well and fill the Gym role seamlessly.

We hope you'll enjoy this 10 Gym system, and we also hope you'll give a big CAL welcome to our three new Gym Leaders! I think you'll all defend your positions admirably. We're very glad to have you on the staff!

Yay, more badges to collect!

Congratulations to all the new Gym Leaders!

Just a quirk, three of the Gym Leader forums say that they are Gym #8. I think that this should be fixed.

Oh, on top of what Shurt said, we need someone to be "Gym leader #1". Since Ult resigned, and Justin took his place, Whiscash stayed as #2, and... yeah.

Justin's already proved his worth, though. He destroyed Drako in an epic gym defense.

So what happens to those challengers who already beat Ultima? I noticed this after reading Kuja's Sig. Do they get to keep that badge, or must they rechallenge one of the other 3 leaders?

Ultima's old badge is interchangeable with Justin's current one, so those people won't have to play for it again. It'll transfer over.
