Just for a second, can you explain why all of these are banned, and what counterpicks are?

Counterpicks are stages that someone who has lost the previous match in a set can pick. They can't be a first stage, but they can be picked for any match after the first in a set.

Example: I defeat El Blecko in a first match on Battlefield. He can then pick any stage from the Starters or Counterpicks that he wants.

The Banned is because each player can ban one stage from the Counterpicks / Banned per round.

Example: I defeat El Blecko in a first match on Battlefield. He can then pick any stage from the Starters or Counterpicks that he wants. He chooses Green Hill Zone, but I ban it, forcing him to make another pick.

Although I think I'll make it so that you have to ban the stage of your choice from the beginning of the set.
