I remember that on the Battle Frontier saga, one of the frontier brains was in love with Ash; he thought he was a boy so after he discovered she was a gal he lost all interest in her. She even asked Ash to tell what she feels for him after their battle and Ash denied to answer.
Misty once gave a reference of her getting married with Ash on the Johto saga, and Ash creeped out and and acted like a pussy.

This gives us two possible conclusions:

1.) Ash will always have ten years and will never ever reach puberty

2.) Ash is gay

I remember n 1 episode Kotone (Lyra) mentioned that if they were trapped in this room forever, she wold have to marry Brock or Ash, and she preferred the latter. Ash was showing off.
